Q: How do you report concerns?
A: Phone (765-494-7206) and talk to Lisa Snider, Bill Ferner, or Gary Carlson.

All reports are strictly confidential and may be made anonymously.

PACUC's goal is always to remedy the concern!

Q: What will happen after you report a concern?
A: Likely actions (to begin within 24 hours) include:

  • Visit to the facility by a LAP veterinarian
  • Remove conditions that pose risks to animals
  • Review rules and regulations with parties involved
  • Provide training in animal care and use practices
  • Report made to PACUC
