QUARTERLY REPORTS TICKLER
FOR ITPC GRANT 7/1/05-6/30/07
Greetings, All,
and Happy Monday,
Just a gentle
reminder during audit week that we are now a week away from our “drop-dead” due
date for the ITPC Quarterly Reports, after which we will be out of compliance.
Maya sent me a copy of the completed Quarterly Narrative and will send it out at
the same time the Quarterly Fiscal Report and Budget Spreadsheet go out. Maya,
has the web component been completed?
Again, I’ve included
the usual informational table below to help with getting these out and have
attached last period’s report formats.
Again, keep me
informed and let me know what I can do to help or to improve the process.

prepares the non-financial portion of this report and passes it to Jill
who completes the financial portion. |
The
report is emailed, and a completed copy is also emailed back to Maya
(since she doesn’t have easy access |
to the
grant files). Attached are last period's
copies.

our reports in on time. Our strategy is as
follows: 1.
initiate the data collecting process 30 days before the report is due
2.
PBR
wants to review and sign the report two weeks before send off

the completed report off a week before the formal due
